This series consists of legislative bills sent to the governor for his signature, but which he pocket vetoed. Each bill consists of the name of the legislator who introduced it, the bill number, a description of the bill, the date and time it was received in the governor's office, the name of the committee which presented it before the governor, notes on how the committee voted on the bill, and various attachments to the bill. Usually these attachments were either additions to or substitutions for the original bill presented before the legislative committee.
